  • 2 TBSP Butter or Olive Oil
  • 3 oz Goat Cheese
  • 2 TBSP Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • Fresh Rosemary for Garnish

  • 3. Reduce heat to medium low and continue to cook for 15 minutes more until they become golden and caramel in color and soft. Stir occasionally.
  • 4. Top each Bays English Muffin half with caramelized onions. Crumble goat cheese onto English muffins and garnish with rosemary
  • 5. Place the pan into the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the edges of the English muffins are golden brown
  • 6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze and a sprinkle of coarse sea salt and serve
  • 7. For easy shareable appetizer, cut English muffins into quarters
