Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

  • 1 BAYS® Sourdough English Muffin
  • 3 Chicken tenderloins
  • A hefty amount of your favorite buffalo sauce
  • A sufficient amount of your favorite ranch (or bleu cheese) dressing
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • Several leaves of lettuce
  • Carrots and celery sticks (optional)


  • 1. In a preheated pan, cook chicken tenderloins with an aggressive amount of butter
  • 2. While the chicken cooks, chop lettuce into strips, and toast & butter Bays English Muffin halves
  • 3. When the chicken reaches 165 degrees internal temperature, add enough buffalo sauce to completely coat the tenderloins, then add a little more for good measure
  • 4. Lower temperature, and bring the buffalo sauce to a simmer
  • 5. Spread ranch (or bleu cheese) dressing on both English muffin halves
  • 6. Stack chicken tenderloins and lettuce strips, then pop the top on the sandwich
  • 7. (Optional) Garnish with carrots, celery sticks and ranch, if that’s your thing
