Ingredients
- 1 Bays® English Muffin, Any Flavor
- 1/4 lb Deli Corned Beef
- Several Slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 Cup Sauerkraut
- 1/2 Cup 1000 Island Dressing
- Butter
- 1 Large Pickle
Instructions
- 1. Lightly toast and butter Bays English Muffin
- 2. Generously stack corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on one half of the English muffin
- 3. Evenly spread 1000 Island dressing on the other half
- 4. Assemble the sandwich
- 5. Place on panini press until desired level of melty and toasty
- 6. Cut in half and serve with sliced or whole pickle (important)
