Ham and Fontina Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6 Bays® Brioche Style English Muffins
  • 3 TBSP Butter
  • 2-4 Eggs
  • 2 Slices of Deli Ham
  • 2-4 Slices of Fontina Cheese
  • ¼ tsp Fresh Rosemary

Instructions

  • 1. In a medium size pan, add butter and cook scrambled eggs. Cover to keep warm.
  • 2. Meanwhile, toast Bays English Muffins until golden brown.
  • 3. Place slices of fontina cheese on warm pan and gently melt cheese.
  • 4. Plate and butter English Muffins.
  • 5. Top with egg and ham, then gingerly slide melted cheese onto sandwich.
  • 6. Sprinkle rosemary atop fontina cheese.
  • 7. Place English muffin top on sandwich. Enjoy!
