How to Play:
To play, answer the trivia question and complete the official entry form located at http://www.bays.com/trivia/. Along with your answer to the trivia question, you will be asked to provide your name, mailing address (no P.O. boxes, please), telephone number and e-mail address. No purchase necessary. Only one entry allowed per person and e-mail address per week. Previous Winners are ineligible to win for one year after date of submitting original winning entry. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for telephone or computer malfunction or error. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Drawing:
Each contest period runs Friday to Friday for one week and closes at 5:00 p.m., C.S.T. Each Monday following the close of the previous contest period, we'll randomly select one (1) Winner from all eligible, correctly answered entries received the previous Friday. Decisions of judges are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of entries received during the entry period. Sweepstakes ends December 31, 2008. Within one week after each drawing, winners will receive e-mail notification of their selection.

Prizes:
Qualified Winners will receive one case of Bays English Muffins (12 six-count packages) (retail value: approximately $25.08). Total value of all prizes: $25.08 per week, $1,304.16 through sweepstakes end date. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Prizes non-transferable; no substitutions or cash redemptions except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Qualified winners will receive their prizes within four to six weeks after notification of winning.

Eligibility:
Only residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older, with e-mail access prior to January 1, 2008, are eligible to enter. All winner shipping addresses must be located in the United States. Street addresses must be included with all P.O. box addresses. Employees and families of Bays Corporation and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries and coordinating agencies are not eligible.

Each entrant agrees that Bays Corporation, its affiliates and respective agents, are not responsible or liable for any representation or guarantee, implied or expressed, beyond that which is set forth herein. Contest void in Florida and where prohibited by law.

Winners List:
Winners' names and hometowns will be posted on the Bays website the week following their selection, and may also be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope after December 31, 2007, and before January 31, 2009, to: "Toast to Trivia" Winners List, Bays Corporation, P.O.
