Bays Berry Bellissimo Bites

- 1 cup chopped fresh ripe strawberries
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons basil leaves, cut into thin strips
- 4 Bays English Muffins, split
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 ounces prosciutto or Serrano ham, thinly sliced

Preheat broiler. In small bowl, combine strawberries, orange juice, ginger and basil; set aside. In another small bowl, mix together butter and vinegar; spread evenly over muffin halves. Arrange muffin halves split-side up on baking sheet. Broil until toasted and golden brown. Remove from oven. Top with prosciutto slices and strawberry-basil salsa, and serve immediately.
