Bays Quarterly Recipe Contest
Spring '08 Contest: “The Good Egg ”
This recipe was submitted by Margee Berry of Trout Lake, WA. In her winning recipe, Margee coddles eggs with brown butter, green onions and Parmesan cheese, then places them on toasted Bays Sourdough English Muffins before giving them a dollop of crème fraîche and a sprinkling of capers.
