Bays "No-Oven Summer Supper" Summer 2010 Online Recipe Contest

This season, take a break from heating the oven and simmering pots on the stove, and opt for a no sweat and no-cook summer supper. Perfect for patio or poolside dining, these lazy summer meals are generally served cold or at room temperature, so there’s no problem holding dinner for family members or if guests arrive late.

We’re looking for your best “No-Oven Summer Supper” recipe, featuring Bays English Muffins (toasters allowed!) for a family pleasing and company-worthy supper dish. The winning entry will receive a $500 cash prize and a case of Bays Original English Muffins. All entries will be judged by George Bay along with a panel of independent judges.

Bays “No-Oven Summer Supper” submission dates are July 6-27, 2010. The winner of the Bays “No-Oven Summer Supper” recipe contest will be announced on this site on August 11, 2010.
